NBA Ranking Predictions: My Top Team for the West and East
The new NBA season is coming up,
which means that there are innumerable predictions on how the 2022 NBA season
will turn out. NBA fans are predicting which team might to make the playoffs,
and which NBA team might win the Championship, while others are determining which certain players might make All Star, MVP, etc.
In this blog, I am going to be determining my top team for the East, whilst taking in consideration about free agency trades, draft picks, players on a team, and playoff experience as a whole. Next Blog will be determining my top team for the West.
My top team for the East: Bucks
After careful consideration, my prediction is that Bucks will be 1st seed for the eastern conference with Brooklynn Nets and Sixers making a close 2nd.
Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the top teams for the past couple of years now, with Giannis leading the Bucks in the right direction. Last year, no one even expected Bucks to make the finals and win the Championship, many fans were even saying that they were most likely going to be 2nd round or 3rd round exits. After this season, many NBA fans have been questioning whether that the Big 3 with Giannis, Khris, and recent addition of Jrue Holiday, could actually be very deadly in the future years of the NBA. After all, the chemistry between each other is elite, as well as their skill in different aspects of the game make it seem like Bucks don't have any weak spots in offense and defense.
Brooklynn Nets could've made 1st seed effortlessly primarily because of the players on that team (KD, Kyrie, and Harden), but injuries is a major factor in my decision, as well as some lack of defense and chemistry between some players. For Sixers, they have been a good playoff contender team for the past 4 years, but recent speculation with trading Ben Simmons may affect where Sixers might land on the rankings
