Stephen Curry - 2023 NBA Statistics

Stephen Curry is undoubtably one of the best point guards of all time. I mean - He can do virtually anything he wants on the court and torch his opponents with it (except dunking). He can shoot from any distance, obviously, he can get by his opponents with any dribble moves, and he is the best at moving off the ball. Overall, he is quick on his feet, and he is annoying to deal with on the court for any defender.

However, this regular season, he has been struggling on the offensive end compared to the 2021 NBA season. Last year was his greatest scoring year, he was averaging 32 PPG. This regular season, he is averaging 25.5 PPG, removing his name from this years MVP conversation. This playoffs, he is picking up the pace as he is averaging a high 27 PPG, and he is leading his team to the finals alongside Klay, Wiggins, and Poole.

Stephen Curry 2022-23 NBA Statistics:

26.9 PPG, 7.0 APG, 3.6 RPG

I think he is going to score well next season, but I also think that he is going to playmaker more than he does right now, particularly because he is 34 years old and he is going to turn 35 next season. Additionally,  warriors younger core, players that consist of Moses Moody, Jordan Poole, Wiggins, Kuminga, Payton, etc. will be comfortable in their role on this team and will transition better next season, after learning from the three most influential players, Draymond, Klay, and Curry. Additionally, James Wiseman may be coming back next season, he might be a threat to grab every rebound due to his length, so curry and other players won't grab the same amount of rebounds they already do (exception for Draymond)
