Most Improved Teams (Part 3)
As continued from the previous blog, there are many teams that might be a threat this upcoming season, primarily because of different trades this offseason, draft picks, and different team layout changes.
In this continued blog, I will be determining teams that might potentially be good this upcoming team, whilst contemplating on several trades, signed players, and potential rookie superstars added to different teams in the NBA.
Most Improved Teams (Part 3)3rd Most Improved Team: Los Angeles Lakers
Compared to the other most improved teams in this series, Los Angeles Lakers may not seem like they
should be one of the most improved teams, as Lakers have been one of the top teams since
Lebron joined their team. However, because Lebron and Anthony Davis were largely injured this
season, Lakers finished 7th place in the western conference, barely making the playoffs.
Recently, Lakers acquired one of the top point guards in the league, Russell Westbrook, to team up
Lebron and AD and to make Lakers bounce back and win the championship.
With this trade, it took the media by storm, and many were saying that Lakers are going to be the top
teams. Additionally, Lebron and Anthony Davis this season will come back from injuries, which makes
it unironically more likely that Lakers will be one of the top teams.
With Russell Westbrook, Anthony Davis, and Lebron on Lakers, it is very possible that they might win
the championship, bounce back after a disappointing season, and undoubtedly be one of the best teams
in the NBA.
